What this site collects

This website is operated by Northfield Advisory Group LLC. The pages on this site do not ask for your name, health information, or other personal details. The "Book Consult" buttons open the short appointment form on intake.aaronweymd.com, described below. The "Refer a Patient" button opens a separate form at refer.aaronweymd.com. Those are the places where you can share that information with Dr. Wey's office.

Consult booking form

Every "Book Consult" button, including the one at the bottom of each page, opens a short form that runs on intake.aaronweymd.com, Dr. Wey's intake site, shown in a panel on this page. It is the intake site, not this website, that shows the form and receives your answers: this website does not see, collect or store anything you type there. No connection is made to the intake site until you press the button. The intake site's own privacy notice applies to the form.

Server logs

The company that hosts this site keeps standard technical logs (such as visitor IP addresses) for a short time to keep the site secure and running. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.

Videos

Some pages include short educational videos hosted by Vimeo or YouTube. Until you press play, the page shows a preview image. Your browser loads that image from Vimeo's or YouTube's image servers when the page opens, which shares your IP address with them, but no player, cookies or tracking load at that point. The video player itself loads only when you press play. When you press play, the host may set its own cookies and collect usage data under its own privacy policy; the players use Vimeo's do-not-track setting and YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode to limit this.

This site does not currently use analytics or tracking cookies.
